Your product idea is the beginning. For its implementation, we look for solutions for innovative and high quality tools, components and automation options. The focus is always on your end product, for whose production the tool is to be manufactured. Based on your specifications, our CAD specialists work out individual design proposals and concepts together with you. The data exchange between you and us can take place in any of the common data formats. In doing so, we not only keep an eye on the constructive manufacturing solution, but also take into account qualitative and economic aspects in order to integrate them into the subsequent production.

Throughout the whole development process, we implement our extensive know-how, innovative thinking and decades of experience in the design and engineering of injection moulds. Based on this knowledge, starting with the initial ideas, we develop precise and economical tool concepts in close cooperation with you, which are produced by Kronen-Hansa and, if required, are continued until the final assembly of complete components.
